I was already handed the first copy of the book, but from next week on, you can find it at your local bookshop as well: my Dutch translation of Audre Lorde's "biomythography" Zami. A New Spelling of My Name, for which I also wrote an afterword. The beautiful cover was made by Jahi Quasim Reeberg, and I had a lot of help from colleagues Nicolette Hoekmeijer, who read along during the translating process, and Jenny Mijnhijmer, who helped me accurately translate the Caribbean words and expressions into Sranantongo.
